Ecy Mart Return Policy  

1. Eligibility & Timeline:  

• Request returns within 7 days of receiving the item (must be a returnable product).  

• Submit the request via email or return in-store.  

 

2. Packaging Requirements:  

• Return all original materials: shipping box, Ecy Mart packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, etc.  

• Item must be unused, undamaged, with labels/tags intact.  

 

3. Refund Process:  

• Refund issued via E-Gift card (to your email) after inspection.  

• Amount refunded = order price (excluding delivery fees/coupons).  

 

4. Key Restrictions:  

• Non-returnable: Opened, used, or customer-damaged items.  

• One return per order.  

• Deadline: Ecy Mart must receive the item within 14 days of your request.  

 

5. Non-Refundable:  

• Delivery fees and coupons (not reissued).  

 

Note: E-Gift card refunds include any prior E-Gift card balance used for the purchase.
